Hello There!

Let me introduce myself: my name is Larth the Etruscan, navigator, merchant and warrior. Don't be deceived by my meek appearance: I've had so many adventures that when I tell you about them over a goblet of wine, you'll be amazed. Like the time I put a whole gang of Celtic barbarians to flight and...
But that's another story. I'm here now to accompany you and be your guide on this journey through the vestiges of an ancient people who really knew how to appreciate the joys of life. If you want to know more, lace up your shoes, put on your backpack and off we'll go. If you want to ask me something, don't hesitate - I certainly won't when I answer.

What do you think I mean by that?
I mean that you'll be seeing some great things!

Follow Larth the Etruscan on a fascinating journey through the history and places of his homeland. You'll see some of the marvels of an ancient civilization which is still beneath a veil of mystery today.

Down in the underground tombs, go into the gloomy tumuli, cast a glance at places that are today abandoned but which witnessed the birth of powerful cities some eight centuries before Christ. Share in the drama of a civilization which was once prosperous and feared, destined by Fate to oblivion for over a thousand years.

Join Larth on a journey through three important cities of the Etruscan League, in one of Italy's richest archaeological areas.

Visit an Etruscan city and its surroundings with Larth, and whilst he takes you from one part of the city to another, ask him to tell you the history and customs of his people.

Come into the shop where you will find reproductions of Etruscan art fully hand-made by master Italian craftsmen who have inherited ancient traditions.
